I’m reading the “The Start-up of You,” by cofounder and chairman of LinkedIn, Reid Hoffman.  Ostensibly, it’s a book about retooling yourself to adapt and transform your career.  Hoffman, and co-writer, Ben Casnocha use their experience with LinkedIn to link the strategies of start-ups with the career strategies of highly successful people.  They are clearly on to something – and whether you’re interested in learning how to propel yourself or your business, the book offers great insight.  And I’m only on page 31.
